Responsibilities

• Supervision of the accounting cycle.
• Support in administrative-financial matters.
• Organization, correction, and consolidation of accounting.
• Management of bank remittances and payment to suppliers.
• Introduction of accounting entries (invoices received, issued…) into the accounting program.
• Support in bank reconciliations.
• Management of supplier documentation; validation of invoices, payments, communications, etc.
• Support in invoicing and fiscal closings of VAT, personal income tax.
• Periodic reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
