Description
A well-established and multi-location dealership, is seeking an Accounting & Operations Specialist to support both the accounting and operational functions of the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, has a strong accounting foundation, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Account reconciliations
+ Perform cash applications and payment postings
+ Support financial reporting and month-end close processes
+ Work within the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and proper coding
+ Assist with title submissions and related dealership documentation
+ Manage and support employee onboarding and administrative setup
+ Coordinate office and operational supply ordering
+ Provide general administrative and accounting support to the finance team
+ Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvements as needed
