The following are the functions essential to performing this job:

Prepares all budgetary and accounting adjustments for data input.

Provides information advising supervisors of their budgets and answers related inquiries. 

Makes analysis and provides special reports as required.

Reconciles various accounts and ledgers.

Assists in preparation of budget at the direction of the Budget Analysts and ability to perform all budget functions as required.

Performs related duties as assigned.
