Responsibilities:
Support accounting operations, including recording, reconciliation, and compliance with internal policies and regulations.Posting data entry, prepare the payment for supplier’s invoices ( local and overseas) and handle other related tasks (fixed assets/intangible assets). Coordinate with administrative department/staff to inventory fixed assets.In charge of invoice processing and issue sales and promotion invoicesCooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely flow of financial and operational information.Manage and monitor production schedules and delivery progress to ensure smooth operations and timely updates to relevant teams.Qualifications:
