Position Overview
Key responsibilities & duties:
Accounting
Monitor Account Receivable, follow up with customer for payment plan.Bank Receipt, clearing outstanding AR.Issuing VAT invoice on daily basis comply with VAS.Reconciliation AR, revenue cross systems (Operation System, Accounting System and Actual Invoice)Handle VAT Output report. General Administration
Handle office admin task (office management, stationery, courier, drinking water monitoring…)
Academic or trade qualifications/ Work experience and skills:
Bachelor or College degree, Major in Finance and Accounting, Business Management or LogisticsFresh candidates or Experience in Shipping/ Forwarding/Logistics is preferredHard-working, studious, service mindedInnovative - trying to see possiblities rather than problems.Works independently and good at team working.Good English ...
