Key Responsibilities
- Manage group consolidation processes across monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Review subsidiary financials and deliver consolidated management reports with meaningful variance analysis and performance insights
- Support group-wide budgeting and forecasting activities, aligning financial plans with overall business strategy
- Coordinate audit processes across entities, working closely with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion
