Full Set Accountant
Job Description - Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and bank transactions
- Process daily accounting transactions accurately and timely
- Perform data entry including keying of receipt vouchers into accounting system
- Process, verify and reconcile invoices, payments and receipts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Prepare GST submissions and ensure compliance with IRAS requirements
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and GST reconciliations
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Liaise with vendors, customers and sales personnel on invoices, sales orders and payment matters
- Maintain proper accounting records, scanning and filing of documents
