Position Overview
Main Responsibilities
Accounting
- Record daily sales and expenses
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare supplier payments and cheque processing
- Maintain petty cash records and bank reconciliations
- Verify and post invoices
- Assist with monthly closing and reporting
Purchasing & Inventory
- Prepare purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations
- Compare supplier prices and support cost control
- Follow up on deliveries and pending orders
- Maintain stock and inventory records
Skills
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or purchasing (Restaurant experience preferred)
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience in POS & accounting software (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
