Duties & Responsibilities

My client is currently recruiting for an Accountant for a four-month contract. This is a global investment company that has rapidly grown into a key player in the market. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance and supporting strategic decision-making.

• Responsible for the accounts payable process
• Balance sheet recons
• Review supplier balances and reconcile statements to ledger
• Cashbook processing for all applicable entities including bank reconciliations
• Accountable for all daily, monthly and quarterly accounting processes and procedures in all entities
• Draft annual financial statements
• Inter-company recharges and transactional processing

Education and Experience

• BCom Accounting minimum
