Job Description
Inputting the various accounting transactions relating to various accounting activities such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.Preparing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports inconsistent with local rules and regulations. Ensure that the various classifications of expenses are done correctly, project wise expenses are booked with proper identification. Ensuring that Invoices are prepared as per the contractual terms and conditions within the time limits.Finalizing General Ledger/Closing monthly as per the timeline requirement from the Management. Preparation of monthly reconciliations for various GL accounts including bank accounts.Checking various expense claims and uploading claim disbursements.Handling Reconciliation of Inter-Company Accounts monthly.P...
