We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia, on a Contract to Hire basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the financial services industry while contributing to essential accounting operations. The position begins with an onsite schedule for the first few weeks, transitioning to a hybrid arrangement of three days onsite and two days remote.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy.

• Maintain and balance general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial data is properly recorded.

• Perform journal entries and assist in month-end and year-end close processes.

• Handle bank reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.

• Utilize Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
