As a Customer Success Manager I (OEM), you will partner closely with our Customer Success Management (CSM) team to guide customers in successfully implementing our e-commerce platform, driving adoption across their organization, and ensuring they continuously gain business value. You will answer basic technical questions regarding the platform and sales growth tactics, while positioning yourself as the trusted point of contact throughout onboarding, adoption, and advocacy. By combining an educational and transactional approach, you’ll serve as the voice of customer training needs and provide valuable feedback to the CSM and Customer Marketing teams
