Position Overview
TEKsystems is seeking customer service–focused individuals to support Hawaii’s largest healthcare insurer. This is a great opportunity to build experience in the healthcare industry while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
+ Assist members with enrollment, billing, and eligibility inquiries
+ Provide support via phone, email, and written communication
+ Guide members through online self-service tools
+ Research and resolve issues by working with internal teams and external partners
+ Maintain accurate member records and documentation
+ Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
What We’re Looking For
+ At least 1 year of customer service experience (office or call center preferred)
+ Strong communication skills with a professional and helpful approach
+ Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
