Key Accountabilities
Responsible for the appropriate routing of guest’s reservation to Master Accounts as directed by the Assistant Manager - Account Receivable.Process and review all charges and generate invoices for all Master Accounts.Responsible for investigating and qualifying any adjustments/corrections to a Group’s Invoice.Responsible for the Mailing or Federal Expressing of Master Account Invoices in accordance with the Policy and Procedure including Spa billing.
