Position Overview
**Description:**
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for managing all incoming payments, maintaining accurate records of guest and corporate accounts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. This role plays a critical part in supporting the hotel’s financial accuracy, revenue integrity, and cash flow management.
**Qualifications:**
+ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
+ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (hospitality preferred)
+ Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, SAP, Sun System) is an advantage
+ Strong numerical and analytical skills
+ Good communication and negotiation skills
+ Detail-oriented with high accuracy
+ Able to work under deadlines and pressure
