The incumbent will act as liaison between sales, operations and the customer for an assigned account, to ensure the customer's processes and procedural requirements are implemented. Ensure that shipments are handled in accordance with established procedures, prevailing SLA, operational compliance and specific customer requests.
Maintain a consistently high level of customer service to both external and internal clients.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations to implement and maintain customer Standard Operating Procedures and prevailing Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Provide day-to-day contact with customers on operational issues.
Coordinate customer service efforts from all offices and departments involved with assigned accounts.
