Description
As an Account Officer in Customer Team in the Civil Aerospace business, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Manager/VP Customers in their account management leadership role. The Account Officer will help to integrate all aspects of the customer experience and direct the organization to ensure that expectations are set, met or exceeded. The Account Officer will deputize for the AM/VP where appropriate.
Key Accountabilities
Support the Account Manager/VP Customers in defining and implementing customer account strategies. Use the account management process to integrate all aspects of the Rolls-Royce relationship with customers, and direct resources to support the attainment of the account. Use the Customer Hub to drive account management discipline.
