As an Account Manager for Downhole Technologies in Norway, you will own the commercial relationship and day-to-day coordination for strategic customers across the Norwegian market. You will drive account growth by increasing customer spend across the full Downhole Technologies portfolio, while acting as a key interface between customers and internal teams including Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Global Account Management, and Business Administration. Our product portfolio includes performance drilling tools, including wired drillpipe enabled tools, fishing equipment and completion tools.
A core part of the role is ensuring high customer satisfaction through strong communication, reliable execution, and rapid issue resolution—covering on-time delivery, product availability, troubleshooting, and solution implementation. You will also provide technical applications support through customer visits and presentations, and offer sales support as required.
