Account Manager (Service Contracts)


Your main responsibilities

As an Account Manager (Service Contracts) at Schindler, you will cultivate relationships with customers to drive sales for elevator and escalator maintenance services. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, as well as identify and pursue sales opportunities, manage existing and new customer accounts, and retain customers. You will build strong, long-term relationships and leveraging industry knowledge to achieve sales targets.

Customer Account Management: Build and manage favorable client relationships within a designated sales territory to secure and renew service agreements. Handle customer commercial inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolution with a focus on revenue generation.
