Job Description
MISSION:
- Drive revenue growth and retention of profitable clients while managing portfolio performance, including loss ratio and WAP. Deliver high-quality service from contract inception to build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Proactively promote Cofaceโs products and solutions to maximise upselling opportunities. Manage client relationships throughout the lifecycle and serve as a key contact between clients, brokers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful account renewals.
