An established and fast-growing financial services company is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join its Retentions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients, retaining relationships, identifying funding opportunities, and driving upselling activities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant qualification (NQF 6)
- Proven experience in account management, client retention, and upselling
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience managing a high volume of clients telephonically, digitally, and via email
- CRM experience (Salesforce advantageous)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
