Position Overview
As an Account Manager at AlphaGraphics, your primary role will be to increase the center’s inside sales and support the Account Executive as needed. This responsibility should always focus on increasing the center’s sales, drawing in new customers and contacts, maintaining center accounts, expanding our penetration into existing accounts, and creating a positive experience for our clients.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Has a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Ensure all clients have a positive customer experience
- Can easily provide customers with the benefits they will experience when using our products and services (might be duplicated below in the value-added area)
- Consults with customers to help them make decisions; upsells and cross-sells when there are opportunities
