Acts as the primary liaison between a company and its existing clients, focusing on nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. They are farmers who manage client accounts, understand their needs, resolve issues, and align company products/services with client goals.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers, establishing an effective level of communication with clients and internal teammates to better understand and mitigate any issues customers may face. This position offers a 4‑day onsite and 1‑day work‑from‑home hybrid schedule.
