Responsibilities
- Customer account management
- Completing customer quotes
- Following up customer quotes and tracking conversion rates
- Regular customer contact via the telephone and email encouraging customers to place orders and supply artwork in a timely fashion
- Supporting the sales team in achieving their targets

- Track record in delivering outstanding customer service
