Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retain and grow revenue on the existing book of business, manage customer life cycle, customer contract renewals, increase footprint within the business, forecast and reduce.
  • The CSM / Account Manager will understand the customer's business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage continued long-term relationship and help identify opportunities where Kaseya services fit their ongoing business.
  • Meet weekly and quarterly Up-Sell and Cross-Sell opportunity generation consistent with sales targets; generate a pipeline 3 times the
