RESPONSIBILITIES

This individual will have responsibility for several key OEM/ODM customers worldwide within the High Speed Cable Backplane Business (CBS). The position requires excellent communication skills with a substantial focus on customer care and marketing/business analysis.
Knowing your customers and their projects/products, understanding customers’ critical demand and business environment Supporting customer activities, resolving delivery, quality, inventory, and demand issues in an international and time sensitive environment Handling requests from different stakeholders (sales, customers, ODM/CMs, and production team from multiple sites globally) with a data driven and analytical approach Securing trustful monthly forecast for key accounts and providing forecast analysis to ensure data integrity.
