Account Manager - Technical Training & Professional Services (Mexico)

We're seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive growth and manage relationships for our Technical Training and Professional Services business in Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to combine revenue generation with strategic account management, working directly with customers across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments.

In this role, you'll be responsible for 60% revenue generation (new business development, upsells, renewals) and 40% account management (relationship building, customer success, retention).
