The Role We are partnered with a world class IT services provider based in Spain but working with clients on a global scale. They have created a new opportunity for a Technical Account Manager to join them. Their Clients are consuming more technical services than ever - DevOps, data, Infrastructure, etc - and the old model of Service Delivery Managers didn’t focus enough on the relationship management. So they built a new function in December. Four people in it so far. This makes you number five. This is not a sales role with quotas. This is delivery-led - service reviews, relationship management, demand shaping, and being credible enough on both sides that neither the client nor the internal team feels managed.
