Account Manager – Financial Services
Location: Woodstock, Cape Town.
Role Overview
- This is a client-facing and delivery-focused position within the financial services team. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and reporting deliverables simultaneously.
- A high degree of attention to detail, process discipline, and accountability is essential — particularly in ensuring that all content and reporting adhere to client corporate identity (CI) guidelines.
- Key aspects of this role include media pitching, campaign tracking and daily and monthly reporting. While this role is not required to produce content, it is responsible for layout, CI, and managing client changes and approvals.
