Requirements

• Grade 12
• 3+ years in account management, client services, or project coordination
• Loyalty/rewards experience (non-negotiable)
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
• Strong client-facing, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint)
