The Account Manager is responsible for customer service and product delivery through constant liaison with marketing managers, suppliers and supply chain contacts on all matters relating to print management and warehouse/stock management. The primary focus of this role will be to deliver exceptional customer service and accurate and timely stock data. Requests for quotations will be processed in a responsive manner and clients will be updated regularly on the progress of their work.
