What Youll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for Korean-language clients delivering exceptional service and building strong long-term relationships
- Manage the full account lifecycle: onboarding performance tracking issue resolution and strategic growth planning
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales operations product compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Analyze client data and market trends provide insights and recommendations to drive client success and business development
- Drive client renewals upselling opportunities and ensure overall retention and account profitability
