Position Overview
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 6–8 years of FMCG sales experience, with strong exposure to IMT/LMT channel management and key account handling.
- Proven experience in managing modern trade accounts and delivering business targets.
- Strong understanding of trade promotions, category management, and in-store execution.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and identify growth opportunities through market insights.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key IMT and LMT customers across Karachi and the South region.
- Achieve assigned targets related to volume, value, market share, and profitability.
