We’re seeking a dynamic Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship manager for our clients and prospects, driving growth through strategic engagement and exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact and escalation manager for assigned clients, advocating for their needs and requirements Manage client relationships through our CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through Schedule and conduct regular client engagements including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Annual Business Reviews (ABRs), and company events Support Project Managers during project delivery to ensure seamless client experience Business Development & Sales
