We are looking for a highly driven and commercially minded Account Manager to scale our Card & CaaS (Card-as-a-Service) business across the Web3 ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with leading exchanges, wallets, fintech platforms, payment partners, and digital asset institutions across APAC to drive card issuance growth, transaction volume, and user payment adoption.
This is not a traditional account servicing role. You will act as a strategic growth partner to clients — combining payments expertise, data-driven insights, operational excellence, and ecosystem collaboration to continuously improve card performance and payment experience.
You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance, BD, and Marketing teams to optimize API integrations, payment flows, user conversion, and transaction success rates at scale.
