Job Role Account Manager
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities - Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing accounts and overachieve upsell targets.
- Understand and analyse customer's business needs, technical requirements, and current challenges.
- Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting relevant product capabilities to demonstrate value.
- Possess deep product knowledge of Zoho products with ability to show product demos as needed.
- Build and manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to scoping opportunity.
- Build relationships, retain, negotiate, and close business.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and arrest churn.
Qualifications - 2-3 years of business development experience from a software/SaaS background targeting mid to large sized companies.
- Prior experience in selling enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting, and HRMS.
