As part of its Strategic Plan, Spendesk decided to address customer growth through two teams within the Sales Department. The Business Development team is responsible for acquiring new customers, while the Account Management team focuses on growing and developing existing customers. As an Account Manager, you’ll report directly to the Head of Account Management and play a pivotal role in driving business growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing customers. You’ll manage a large portfolio aiming to drive expansion through upsell, cross‑sell, and contract negotiation.
The Barcelona office currently has about 16 people and is rapidly expanding, offering a chance to join our growing Spanish hub.
