Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Success in respective region and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers.
Grow base customer revenue and implement strategies with a view to expand existing partnerships for ETP.
Drive pipeline growth and work closely with your team to grow opportunities
Interfacing with Marketing, Pre-sales Solution Architects and Product/Implementation Team for on time product delivery and post sales account management.
Ensure Timely collection of receivables.
Grow and build a CSM team in the region as may be required from time to time.
Perform any other tasks/functions as required by the Company
Experience and Skills:
12 plus years of Software sales experience
Experience in SaaS, B2B, and retail sales; candidates from Oracle or SAP partner companies are highly preferred.
