Position Overview
About the role TADA is looking for an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of corporate and business accounts on our ride-hailing platform. You will be the primary relationship owner for B2B clients — managing their onboarding, day-to-day needs, and long-term account health — while handling qualified inbound leads from our Business Development pipeline.
Key responsibilities - Own a portfolio of corporate accounts (SMEs to enterprise), serving as the primary point of contact for all TADA Business clients
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, presenting usage data, cost savings, and service performance
- Proactively identify and address client pain points before they escalated into churn risks
- Drive product adoption — ensuring clients utilize the full suite of TADA Business features including billing dashboards, admin controls, and reporting
