As an Account Manager, youll oversee the full customer journey, from the initial sale and supply of calves, through to providing ongoing advice and support right up to finishing. The focus is on building strong relationships, becoming a trusted partner and retaining customers.
Covering Shropshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire & North Wales, youll act as the main point of contact for both new enquiries and existing customers. Youll work as part of a passionate, knowledgeable team, while enjoying the autonomy to develop your region without unnecessary oversight or micromanagement.
At its core, the role is about supporting customers and building long lasting relationships - answering queries, resolving issues and helping them achieve the best results with their calves.
