ACCOUNT MANAGER L2
He/she drives and manages the relationship with the business and ITG, ensures the end-to-end delivery of IT business needs from project ideation to implementation, and works with the business units and provides significant inputs to the definition and maintenance of the client's overall IT strategy covering projects and business-as-usual (BAU) system enhancement requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Align IT plans of business units with the business units goals and strategies.
- Conduct regular client touchpoints to provide status of priority projects and BAU requests.
- Overall accountable for the ideation activities and initiation activities for enhancements and sub ions.
- Review and coordinate with appropriate business units for the relevant costs and budget associated to their projects.
