Position Overview
To manage monitor and control the branch operation and meet business targets interms revenue and profitability whilst achieving highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities - Prospect new clients, attend sales calls, present various products available and negotiate with customers on credit limits and payment terms with a view to develop business and reach sales targets.
- Develop alliances and partnerships within existing clients to create additional sales opportunities and also identify new business opportunities for continued growth in the region.
- Serve existing clients by handling customer queries, meeting their needs, also handle customer complaints, settle disputes using discretionary powers if required inorder to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of business.
