**Your Key Responsibilities:**

+ Manage and develop strong relationships with key customers including feed mills, integrated farms, large commercial farms, and distributors.
+ Analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions that align with nutritional goals and cost optimization.
+ Prepare and execute account plans, customer visit reports, and follow up on product performance with technical teams.
+ Coordinate internally with technical, R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
+ Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
+ Provide market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback to marketing and business management teams.
+ Participate in trade shows, seminars, and industry events to strengthen customer engagement and brand visibility.
