We are looking for two accountants to support us for a 6-month contract from approximately July/August 2026 to January/February 2027. Prior fund accounting experience would be an asset, but we welcome strong accountants to apply.

• Review fund constitutional documents from an operational perspective, providing accounting services for the funds and calculating net asset value and investor services.
• Review the work of team members and provide feedback for improvement to guarantee timely delivery and quality of work.
• Review all capital activity of the funds.
• Review Limited Partner and General Partner/Shareholder allocations and related calculations/schedules.
• Review financial statements and partner capital statements.
• Review investor onboarding documents to ensure AML/KYC compliance.
