Accounts & Finance Team Lead
About the Role:
You’ll assist in managing the Accounting Department for the SEA region and provide timely, accurate financial reports to support strategic business decisions. This is a well-rounded accounting and advisory role , with the added opportunity to contribute to corporate structuring and exploratory IPO-related planning .
This position is based in our KL office with a hybrid work model available.
Candidates with experience in Shared Services Unit, BPO agencies, Fintech, or Web 3.0 sectors, and those with IPO or listing preparation experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and guide the accounting team across daily operations (AP, AR, CC, GL), monthly/annual closing, and reporting.
Review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Support in financial planning and analysis, including preparing financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis.
