About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Boon Boon Builder Sdn Bhd, a leading construction company based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position responsible for managing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, statements, and ledgers
Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner
Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management as required
