About the Opportunity Role Summary: Responsible for developing business through partner restaurants by building and maintaining long-term relationships. Manage existing accounts, optimize restaurant content, handle menu updates, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities and drive increased revenue, profitability, and market share
- Maintain continuous business relationships with clients and restaurants through regular communication and proactive support to resolve operational issues
- Manage restaurant content including menus, delivery times, and method of access (MOA) to ensure optimal performance
- Renegotiate commission rates and develop new commercial relationships by renewing existing contacts with improved offers
