Position Overview

About the Role

We are hiring the founding team in Taiwan and as a Workday Account Executive, you will be on the ground floor of a multifaceted, burgeoning field operations organization. You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy ERP solutions and help develop customers into key references for Workday.Β 

In this role, you will:

  • Effectively position Workday’s products as the enterprise application of choice by understanding the competitive landscape and customer needs

  • Drive complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support

  • Cultivate mutually helpful relationships with strategic partners

  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data

  • Provide support for marketing activities and events
