We are looking for a high calibre Account Executive to join our client’s busy team. Highlights of the job decription are:-

Receiving customers’ instructions and preparing clear process instructions
Issuing accurate and timely files and documents, specifically: job information and packs, order sheets/job bags, outwork purchase orders, job production and quality assessment reports
Tracking the progress of orders and reporting to customers
Organising outwork requirements with preferred suppliers
Organising the delivery of Inserts
Attending regular meetings with customers, both on and off site
Organising press passes when required
Providing cover for fellow Account Executives
