Position Overview

Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial record keeping.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update accounting records using SQL Accounting Software.
- Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.
